Hayama Shiosai Park and Museum is a public park that contains a small museum showcasing the extensive marine in the Hayama bay area. The exhibition notably contains artifacts from the Emperor Shōwa (Hirohito), himself a keen student of marine biology who spent much time at the Hayama Imperial Villa during his reign. The Japanese gardens are located next to the museum.

The park is free, but there is a fee for the museum (adults ¥300).
