As part of Shibuya’s redevelopment, Miyashita Park re-opened as a shopping/entertainment complex in 2020. The park above has been redesigned and below it sits 3-floors of shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

The alley leading back to Shibuya station has been redeveloped and is now home to many Japanese restaurants built with a nod to tradition.
