Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a first rate hotel in Bunkyo Ward with a large, beautiful Japanese garden. While a night’s stay would cost you upwards of ¥80,000, the gardens are free to enter—and one of the best places in Tokyo to see the fireflies.
