The annual Hibiya Park Marunouchi Ondo Bon Odori. An international crowd supplemented by the office workers from the nearby Marunouchi and Otemachi areas. The fountain is lit up and the plaza is lined with stalls. The event runs from 6pm to 9pm both nights.
