Check the official website for details but The Yokohama Parade (ザ・よこはまパレード) typically begins at 11:15am in Yamashita Park before crossing over Bankoku Bridge near Yokohama’s Red Brick Warehouse and going on towards Isezaki-cho 6-chome (3.4km in total). The kid’s parade begins 30 minutes earlier at 10:45am taking a shorter course that ends at Bankoku Bridge.
