The Iriya Asagao Matsuri (入谷朝顔まつり) claims to be the country’s biggest festival dedicated to Morning Glories, and takes place from the 6th to the 8th of July every year. There will be over 140 stalls selling the flowers in and around the grounds of the temple, and about 400,000 visitors are expected over the course of the festival. The festival runs from 5am until 11pm.
