A public park that contains a small museum showcasing the extensive marine in the Hayama bay area. The exhibition notably contains artefacts from the Emperor Shōwa (Hirohito), himself a keen student of marine biology who spent much time at the Hayama Imperial Villa during his reign. The Japanese gardens are located next to the museum.
