NEUTRAL is a full-day open-air event, combining motorcycling, art & music, bringing a wave of inspiration to the younger generation of motorcycle riders in Japan.
NEUTRAL creates the opportunity for fostering excitement and aesthetics around motorcycles with young Japanese riders. We aim to revitalize the entire motorcycling industry in Japan. We love motorcycles and know that riders in Japan deserve the best community interaction possible.
