Formerly held in Yoyogi Park, Odaiba’s Yume no Hiroba is the new venue for Cinco de Mayo (5th May), which commemorates the Mexican army’s victory over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. It has since become a popular event not just in Mexico in the US where is a day to celebrate Mexico and its culture. On this side of the globe you can expect the usual mix of local food, drink, and entertainment. The event runs from 10am to 9pm each day.
